    Mandy Kahn is the author of three poetry collections, and her fourth will appear in 2026. Her poems have been included in the Best American Poetry anthology series, have been read on BBC Radio, and have been featured in the national newspaper column American Life in Poetry.

    In September of 2020, Kahn began hosting Peace Class, a free, weekly Zoom-based gathering that brings participants together to build inner peace and world peace in community.

Your Superbloom Story
A superbloom is a rare phenomenon in which the perfect conditions come together.
Just the right amount of rain, sun, wind is required - allowing an unusually massive number of wildflowers, whose seeds have lain dormant in the soil, to all bloom at the same time.

  • Is this a live course or self paced?
    This collection was created from the first ever Superbloom Festival, held online in November 2025. It is a series of recordings of interactive classes, playful invitations & immersive experiences curated to inspire your own personal Superbloom. Watch at your own pace and become part of the world-changing Kindrêd movement.
  • Do I need to sit in a chair at my computer the whole time?
    You can watch some segments while you’re on a walk, sitting in the garden, or lying on your bed. It’s totally up to you. Most sessions will have an optional component of movement, whether by direct instruction or by permission to move as your body needs. The sessions will be experiential and invite your participation at the level you choose. This is not sitting back and listening to lectures.
  • What is Kindred?
    ​​Kindrêd is a modern form of meditation powered by movement, human connection & mirror neurons. It is a signature methodology designed to give you a fast and simple way to: regulate your emotions, clear your head, ease your heart, spike your creativity and explore into who you could be.

    It's designed to help you revive and reconnect with exiled parts of yourself, in a kind of personal reunion. This practice is so simple it can be learnt in 10 minutes, but so powerful it can change your life.

    The Superbloom Collection is presented by the Kindrêd Meditation team, and therefore there are a lot of Kindrêd and Kindrêd inspired practices and invitations throughout the festival. You will probably notice that Kindrêd philosophies and techniques align with many other modalities that you know and that everything blends together in the most beautiful way to guide you into the transformation you need.
  • Do I need to have any prior experience of meditation or online classes?
    No, not at all. We are creating this collection to be fully inclusive and to meet you where you’re at.
  • What if English isn’t my first language?
    The sessions are in English and we recommend that you have some English fluency. Kindrêd meditation practice relies more on the body and the imagination and intuition than it does on spoken word, therefore if you miss some of what is said in facilitation, it’s unlikely to have a big impact.
  • I’m not familiar with this community. What if I don’t belong?
    We all secretly feel this way, in different moments and situations. We can tell you that we draw to this community an extraordinary number of humans who are warm-hearted, with the capacity to step outside of judgement and to offer encouragement and support.

    We can guarantee that each of these people experience the feeling of not belonging. You are not alone in this. The practices and tools we explore will guide you to develop your sense of belonging to yourself. When you cultivate this skill (it is a skill you can learn), it is easier to belong anywhere else you find yourself. We'll all be working on this skill together.
