Jesh is an anthropologist and founder who studies how human bodies create and transfer data.

In his younger life, Jesh developed a technique that gave photographers the ability to draw out genuine emotion from people he photographed. His work sparked a worldwide movement that touched millions of people and made him one of the most acclaimed photographers of his generation.

Jesh’s deep research in human connection led to the development of Kindrêd, a modern form of meditation that trains participants to easily regulate their emotions & access creative genius.

Jesh is now founder and CEO of HOURS, a company that builds deeply human models of individual minds called Heirs that network to form a safe collective intelligence, designed to be in service to all humankind.

What if I can’t attend the whole event? Will it still be worth it?
Absolutely. You could have the entire trajectory of your life changed by attending a single session and this will be worth the full ticket price. Make it a goal to join 3! We are jam-packing so much goodness into each session you will hardly believe it. Recordings will be available so you don't have to be at everything live.
Do I need to sit in a chair at my computer the whole time?
You can attend some segments while you’re on a walk, sitting in the garden, or lying on your bed. It’s totally up to you. Most sessions will have an optional component of movement, whether by direct instruction or by permission to move as your body needs. The sessions will be experiential and invite your participation at the level you choose. This is not sitting back and listening to lectures. Recordings will be provided so you can take the breaks you need and attend live what feels good to you.
What is Kindred?
Kindrêd is a modern form of meditation powered by movement, human connection & mirror neurons. It is a signature methodology designed to give you a fast and simple way to: regulate your emotions, clear your head, ease your heart, spike your creativity and explore into who you could be.

It's designed to help you revive and reconnect with exiled parts of yourself, in a kind of personal reunion. This practice is so simple it can be learnt in 10 minutes, but so powerful it can change your life.

The Superbloom Festival is presented by the Kindrêd Meditation team, and therefore there will be a lot of Kindrêd and Kindrêd inspired practices and invitations throughout the festival. You will probably notice that Kindrêd philosophies and techniques align with many other modalities that you know and that everything blends together in the most beautiful way to guide you into the transformation you need.
Do I need to have any prior experience of meditation or online classes?
No, not at all. We are creating this festival to be fully inclusive and to meet you where you’re at.
I’m in a timezone that isn’t listed on the schedule. Will I still be able to come?
We have built the schedule around 5 major timezones across the world in the hopes of creating the most accessible schedule in the history of online events.
What if English isn’t my first language?
Most of our speakers and sessions will be in English and we recommend that you have some English fluency. We will have one session in Spanish. Kindrêd meditation practice relies more on the body and the imagination and intuition than it does on spoken word, therefore if you miss some of what is said in facilitation, it’s unlikely to have a big impact.
When will we get the exact timing of all the sessions and speakers?
We will release more information closer to the festival start date so you can put specific sessions on your personal calendar.
Will this be hard and feel uncomfortable?
We invite you to go to the edge of your comfort zone and just take one step past. This will look different for each person. Something can be easy for one person and hard for another, or the opposite, and we deeply respect and honor where you are on that scale in any given moment.

It is up to your own inner-authority to decide how and what to explore and to what extent to move beyond your comfort zone, or not. Nothing is required of you, only invitations that you may accept or refuse as your heart wishes. We honor our inner knowing of what is right for us in any given moment above all else. This is really what this festival is all about.
I’m not familiar with this community. What if I don’t belong?
We all secretly feel this way, in different moments and situations. We can tell you that we draw to this community an extraordinary number of humans who are warm-hearted, with the capacity to step outside of judgement and to offer encouragement and support.

We can guarantee that each of these people experience the feeling of not belonging. You are not alone in this. The practices and tools we explore will guide you to develop your sense of belonging to yourself. When you cultivate this skill (it is a skill you can learn), it is easier to belong anywhere else you find yourself. We'll all be working on this skill together.
